How to Prepare for Electronic & Communication Engineering? - 2

Divide Syllabus
You can divide your syllabus into small parts or topic wise, whichever way you like. The motive is to prepare in small portions so that it’s easy to learn and understand. You can’t learn too many topics in a day and even if you do, your productivity will not be top-notch. So it’s better to spend a little more time on each topic or separate portions instead of learning the entire thing and later forgetting it.
Make Notes
Throughout your preparation, make it a habit of jotting chapter wise notes. Your notes should include important formulas and pointers. Make these short but also informative so that at one glance you get the gist of the entire topic. Use these notes in your daily revision as well as in the last month of revision.
Time Management
Prepare your syllabus by solving a lot of mock tests and previous year question papers. The best advantage of solving them is that you get to practice time management well. You should analyze your performance after solving each question paper. Along with time management keep a track of your speed and accuracy. These two are important factors in the exam. Practice both of them well so that you don’t lose marks because of slow speed or less accuracy.
Be Motivated
Keep yourself motivated at all times. Self-motivation plays a major role in your preparation. We need daily motivation to push ourselves to our highest level. Also, stay with all types of distractions whether it’s television, internet or social media apps on your cell phone. You must not waste your precious time on such distractions and avoid them at any cost.
